1.房子外围很重要，一般人会以外推内，认为外边做不好里面也不可能会好。所以进口台阶要水平，缝隙间无杂草。树底下，花圃周围都要除干净杂草，花和苗圃要休整漂亮。草要施肥，看起来绿油油的才行。
2. 门窗要里外清洗干净，厨房，卫生间等的卫生要干净，花越多时间搞卫生，卖的价钱越高。
3. 墙壁要粉刷，不能有个人照片。
4.每个房间越空越好，不能有杂乱东西，床铺往房间显得大的方向摆放，窗户前边位置留空。
5.一些mold, 污渍到dollar tree walmart 边上买awsome orange bottle 可以去除，可以把液体倒到抹布上去擦，要不容易留下痕迹。
具体我家需要收拾：
1. Paiting wall only, paiting kichen ceiling, some trim. All cabinet half empty not full, which makes more space.
2. Kitchen: Empty centre iland in kichen, lamp make the power line short and looks better. Seal gaps for counter top.
3. Garage: some black color on the door - remove it.
4. Master bed room: sofa -- move out. night stand move back to wall. Reseal sink side. cloth cabinet should be centered.
5. Change sleep bed direction for two rooms make space bigger. leave window space empty.
6. Bed should be center for the forth bedroom.
7. Computer room: empty or one small table only.
8. Laundry room: put exhausted pipe on side instead of back, by doing so the dryer can move fully back to the wall and make space big. Remove all clothes etc out from laundry room.
9. first floor bath room: fix the wall hanger for roll paper.
10.basement: clean back dirty around water heater. painting for staircase and walls if budget ok.
11. Remove out drum set if not playing everyday.
12. Remove Christmas light fixture from roof.
13. garage door windows tear out tap make glass clear.
