1) Crush 5 bulbs of garlic
2) 0.5 kg of Honey
3) 5 whole lemos - juice
Mix together, Leave in room temperature for 24 hours
After 24 hours, filter juice through cheese cloth,
Store juice in glass jar in refrigerator
take 2 teaspoon daily
remaining pulp can be use as a spread
