PR Renew 加拿大永久居民枫叶卡续签 IMM 5445 表格无法打开问题解决办法

枫叶卡续签详见下边网站。经常碰到的一个问题是需要填写的表格无法打开，错误提示是PDF版本必须8.0以上。我重新安装了pdf软件，还是不行。后来终于想出了一个办法：就在那个无法打开并有错误提示的网页上，从右上角选择下载，下载到当地硬盘之后，以电脑中自己安装的pdf软件即可打开。由此我觉得是网站没有做一个支持网站打开的功能。具体见下图：


或者右上角能看到有个提示说“open with different reviewer”，点击这个提示也可以下载文件。
另外也可以按官网下边的提示解决问题。就是右击想要打开的文件，选择，下载链接或下载即可。

I can’t open my application form in PDF format. What can I do?

• Find the link of the file you want to save (you may need to go back to the previous page to find it)
• Right-click the link.
• Select “Save target as” or “Save link as”.
• Choose the location on your computer where you would like to save the file.
• Select “Save”.
• Use Windows Explorer to get to the location where you saved the file.
• Right click on the PDF file.
• Select “Open with”.
• Select “Choose program”.
• Select “Adobe Acrobat Reader”.
• Make sure to check the box that says “Always use this program to open these files”.
• Select “OK”.
