2 cups milk
1.5 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup oil
a little salt
4 or 5 cups bread flour
2/3 table spoon yeast (Active or instant Yeast --> save time)
adding order: The liquid is always the first ingredient to be placed in bread pan.
Dry ingredients follow and the yeast is added last.
Breadmaker Set-up:
Select Program Setting: Dough (Program#: 8 for Black & Decer Breadmaker)
Kneading / baking Time setting: 3:00 (~3 hours)
Start kneading Cycle
Take the Dough out from breadmaker;
Cut to suitable size and sit for few minutes;
Steam the Dough for ~10 min in Steam cooker; then turn off heat and allow to sit inside for 5 min
Take the steamed bread out of steam cooker and allow to cool down
