经过六周的学习，每周一晚上3小时共六次课。课程主要是针对社区义工人员如何选择项目，开展项目，验收项目，资金预算等。对一个没有任何经验的社区或非盈利机构的组织者而言，这个课程帮助是非常巨大的。这个课程在其他城市也一并展开，费用全免，主要靠政府资金。
